NOTHING SMELLS FUNNY HERE — On February 21 at approximately 9:05 a.m., the Hampton Police Department coordinated a drug check on the property of Winnacunnet High School based on a request of the school administration. The drug check was conducted using specially-trained police K-9s provided by the following agencies: Salem, Epping, Newmarket, the NH Air National Guard and Dighton, Mass. No arrests were made as a result of the drug check. The event was conducted as a part of an on-going joint effort between police and school officials seeking to provide a Safe and Drug Free School for the Winnacunnet Community.
