The library has the following local newspapers. All but the more recent issues are on microfilm.
- The Atlantic News, September 1, 1987-2009 (ceased publication with August 14, 2009 issue). Some are online here.
- The Exeter News-Letter, May 10, 1831-December 1901. Some are online here. We also stock the last two years or so of paper copies. Other years are available at the Exeter Public Library on microfilm.
- Hampton Beach News-Guide, July 15, 1922-September 6, 1934
- The Hampton Union, all issues 1899-present. Some are online here.
- The Herald Sunday, Exeter-Hampton edition, 1999-2007 (name changed to Seacoast Sunday in late 2007)
- Seacoast Scene, 1986-present
