HAMPTON — Patricia Silver Aquizap, 75, of Hampton and Fort Myers, Fla., died Wednesday, February 27, 2008, in Florida surrounded by her family.
She was born Feb. 17, 1933, in Rochester, the daughter of Adriel Silver and Helen (Theriault) Silver and was a 1951 graduate of Spaulding High School in Rochester. She resided in Hampton for the past 52 years coming from Dover and had wintered in Fort Myers for the past 10 years. She traveled extensively for 18 years as a homemaker with her husband in the U.S. Navy. Recently she was active in the Red Hat Society both in Florida and Hampton.
Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Bruce F. Aquizap (LT USN Ret.); a daughter, Victoria “Tori” Aquizap Labonte of Hampton; a grandson, Samuel Labonte of Hampton; and several nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by her son, Rick Aquizap, and her brother, Samuel Theriault.
WE REMEMBER: Pat was very active in service wives clubs, frequently dancing in fund-raisers and charity shows. She also performed with the UNH Dance Club in the 1960s. While living in Connecticut, she attended workshops at Connecticut College with such notables as Martha Graham and operated her own Studio, Pat Aquizap’s School of Ballet.
