SEABROOK -- G. Ernest Mills Sr., 97, of Seabrook, died Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2006, at his winter home in Scottsdale, Ariz., following a brief illness. He was born Aug. 22, 1908, in Gloucester, Mass.

He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Kathryn Mills; two sons, G. Ernest Mills, Jr., of Tamworth, and Loring K. Mills of Hampton; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

A family service of remembrance, in celebration of a life well lived, is planned for later this year in New Hampshire. Memorial donations in Mr. Mills's name may be made to Brighton Gardens Hospice of the Valley, 601 E. Thomas Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85251.
