Pauline Stimson Celebrates 100th Birthday

Mrs. Pauline Stimson, center, displays a bouquet of flowers given to her on the occasion of her 100th birthday by the family of Mrs. John Holman, who also hosted a party that was attended by neighbors and friends. Mrs. Stimson was made an honorary member of the Hampton Garden Club and was given a fruit basket and other food items from the club by Mrs. H. Roger Heaslip, sunshine chairman. Members of the club observed her birthday the week of Oct. 30 with a party at the family's home in Hampton. Mrs. Stimson received a card from her longtime friend Mrs. Nellie Fall of Concord, who turned 103 recently. Mrs. Stimson also received birthday congratulations from President and Mrs. Ronald Reagan.
