HAMPTON — A small but important medical practice in Hampton offers patients the convenience of having their medical needs met locally by a staff of primary care physicians who are also affiliated with Portsmouth Regional Hospital.
Hampton Internal Medicine, located at 55 High Street in Hampton, opened its doors just one and a half years ago. The primary care physicians, Gregory J. Morrissey, D.O., and Maureen A. Gallagher, M.D., offer complete medical care for adults age 16 and older in an atmosphere of personalized care.
Gregory Morrissey received his B.A. from Assumption College in Worcester, Mass., and his D.O. from the University of New England, College of Osteopathic Medicine, Biddeford, Maine. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Maureen Gallagher received her B.S. from the University of New Hampshire, Durham, and earned her M.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Pittsburgh, Penn. She is also board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Together these physicians deal with the diagnosis and treatment of general medical diseases and conditions.
The 55 High Street facility also has physical therapy and radiology services available on site. In addition, Hampton Internal Medicine accepts most insurance and will bill your health Insurance carriers. The billing department also assists with insurance claims and questions.
