HAMPTON -— Eno Building Supplies & Design Center, renowned for stone fabricating and high quality tile and carpet, has not let the year go by without adding yet another feature to its extensive list of services.

The Eno family is in the process of adding a new plumbing fixture showroom, a project owner Paul Eno describes as a "work in progress." Kohler, American Standard, Franke, Kindred and Grohe are just some of the high quality products available for customers, according to Paul's sister, Andrea Eno.

The ongoing showroom event comes on the heels of the addition of a second stone cutting saw as the business strives to meet production demands every day.

"We're beyond the 'kitchen a day' of a year ago," Paul Eno says. "It's at times close to two kitchens a day." Eno says at present the company is facing orders for 50 kitchens. As a result, production has increased over 25 percent, he notes.

"It's been very busy," Eno says. "Equally busy, if not more," he adds, in reference to suggestions of a recession.

Eno Building Supplies, a provider also of high quality carpeting and tile, is now a member of the International Design Guild, a division of Carpet One, a buying group of more than 1500 carpet dealers which allows the smaller operator to offer high quality carpets, such as Bigelow, Lees, and Evans Black, at lower prices. Eno's also provides customers with the leading names in tile, such as Mannington, American Olcan, DAL, Tagina, and Laufen.

While the Eno name is well known on the seacoast and as far north as Portland, ME, Marblehead and Cape Cod, MA, as well as New Hampshire's Lakes Region all call for the expertise of Eno Building Supplies and Design Center, located at 831 Lafayette Road, Route 1 North, in Hampton.
