TRADITIONALLY MODERN — Classic cars, classic 50s music, food, fun, friends, prizes, and more were all part of the family-style celebration last week at Fast Eddie’s grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony. Pictured at the event are (from left) Theresa Swan; Kathy Rush; Eric Rush and Bryan Swan, owners; Pat Morgenstern, Ginni McNamara, Jaimee Dionne; Jude Dionne; and Tina Collins Hampton Area Chamber. Eric and Bryan welcomed everyone into their beautiful new 50s-themed restaurant (located at 320 Lafayette Road in Hampton) with free samples of items from their menu and drawings for great door prizes. Fast Eddie’s has been open for about two months, and features a traditional diner-style menu with a modern twist. Specialties include fabulous burgers and shakes, fries, onion rings, wraps, clubs, salads, nachos, burritos, mac and cheese, meatloaf, and more! Hours are 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily; closed on Tuesday. Breakfast is served until 2 p.m. each day, as well as lunch and dinner. Beer and wine are available. Call Fast Eddie’s at (603)926-2314 for more information. [Atlantic News Courtesy Photo]
