John Tinios, owner of the Galley Hatch Restaurant in Hampton, owns Galley Hatch Catering with Kevin Sullivan, who is the vice chairman of the NH Lodging and Restaurant Association, and Scott Myers, who is both an accomplished chef and the newly inaugurated mayor of Dover. They started their catering business seven years ago out of the restaurant, and have been at their current location at Merrill Industrial Park for the last five. They were awarded the "Best Caters" by the Best of NH Magazine in 2002, and therefore were invited to cook at "Great Chef's Night." They have catered dinners for the Royal Family from England, White House events at Pease AFB and meals in the Governor's offices. They cater boat cruises out to the Isles of Shoals.
