They have years of experience in outdoor venues such as Odiorne State Park, Rye Harbor State Park, and Camp Lincoln. John Tinios, owner of the Galley Hatch Restaurant in Hampton, owns Galley Hatch Catering with Kevin Sullivan, who is the vice chairman of the NH Lodging and Restaurant Association, and Scott Myers, who is both an accomplished chef and the newly inaugurated mayor of Dover. They started their catering business seven years ago out of the restaurant, and have been at their current location at Merrill Industrial Park for the last five. This location houses a massive kitchen where they make everything fresh and from scratch, and are well known for their delicious pastries, baked goods and wedding cakes.

They take part in many charitable and community events such as the Penguin Plunge, Chamber of Commerce events, quarterly community dinners at the Seacoast Science Center, and also work closely with the Victoria Inn in Hampton.

They were awarded the “Best Caters” by the Best of NH Magazine in 2002, and therefore were invited to cook at “Great Chef’s Night.” They have catered dinners for the Royal Family from England, White House events at Pease AFB and meals in the Governor’s offices. They cater boat cruises out to the Isles of Shoals.
