Opening Aids 'Little Miss Molly'

HAMPTON -- The Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony at the Hampton location of Lavalley/Middleton Building Supply during the grand opening on June 5.

A pig roast was held for their customers and the community, and the event helped professional Firefighters Local 2664 raise $300 for the Little Miss Molly fund, which benefits 5-year-old Molly Rowlee of Hampton, who was diagnosed with lymphoma in February.

Lavalley/Middleton is a community-based company that offers its customers low cost materials and exceptional customer service. The store's staff is excited to be in Hampton and are confident that they will be a great addition to the community.

Lavalley/Middleton Building Supply was founded in 1962. To date it is one of the largest independently owned building materials supplier in Vermont and New Hampshire. The company recently opened two new stores located in Hampton and Meredith, in October of 2008, bringing its total to 10 stores.
