Owner Ron Boucher's most recent endeavor is a French cooking school, Chez Boucher. Opened in January of 2003, Ron offers cooking classes for all levels and styles of cooking. Located in Greenland at the junction of Route 1 and Breakfast Hill Road, he features a special guest chef series, food and wine pairings, as well as couples cooking classes where you are always able to taste the fruits of your labor. The heart of the program is French cuisine, although Italian classes are offered as well. Starting July 6, Chez Boucher will also be introducing a Kid's Cuisine Summer Camp.
