HAMPTON | Let Hampton resident, Jennifer Zuba, bring fitness to your door with her new business, The Traveling Trainer.
Zuba, a National Academy of Sports Medicine-certified personal trainer, national level fitness competitor and life-long fitness enthusiast for years says she understands “fitness always falls off the plate” when people are busy with family and business obligations.
“I can appreciate it (living a hectic lifestyle) now with a baby,” says Zuba, who recently gave birth to a baby girl.
So, after working “cubicle jobs” for years and personal training on the side, Zuba decided it was time to make her long-term passion for fitness a career.
Zuba obtained a small business certification, caught up on the latest training trends and started serving Seacoast residents who were ready to take charge of their health without the inconvenience of traveling to a fitness center.
Zuba says she can help clients with weight loss as well as strength training and tailors workouts to the needs and goals of each individual.
Though her service is sure to be a rewarding experience for clients itching to get in shape, Zuba, the Traveling Trainer, says it is a satisfying experience for her as well. She says she enjoys crafting creative workouts for people and watching them reach their goals.
“I love putting people through exercises they would never think of themselves,” Zuba says.
