Fire at the Granite House hotel

About midnight of Thursday last, the stable belonging to the Granite House at Boar's Head was discovered to be on fire, and was soon entirely consumed, together with a bowling saloon adjoining. The buildings were owned by Alfred Batchelder; the stable was insured for $700.
