HAMPTON — Wason Associates Hospitality Real Estate Brokerage Group announced on Wednesday of this week the sale of the Best Western Inn at Hampton, located at 815 Lafayette Road in Hampton.

The property — which was formerly the Inn of Hampton when it was sold in 2004 and later designated a Best Western hotel in 2006 — was sold on Thursday, March 12, 2009 by a division of Maine Course Hospitality Group to Jenica Hospitality, LLC; Sunny Limbachia, managing partner, Joe Cardillo, Peter Annon, CPA, Wendy Casey and Earle Wason, CCIM negotiated the transaction for the 70+ room property, which was sold for $76,000 per room.

Recipient of the 2009 Best Western Director’s Award, the Best Western Inn at Hampton is a full-service hotel featuring a leased restaurant and lounge, leased conference center, and an Avis rental facility. The property also includes an indoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, exercise facility, game room, full business services, and meeting/ banquet facilities accommodating up to 500 people.

Located with convenient access to Hampton Beach and other destinations as well as corporate locations along the immediate Seacoast, the hotel has the capacity to host guests with a variety of travel needs, from corporate business to leisurely stays.
