HAMPTON -- 234 Lafayette Road Realty Trust, the proud new owner of the prestigious, charming Widow Mary Leavitt House, will be hosting their inaugural "Business After Hours" on Wednesday, March 16 from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

This event is the Trust's first opportunity to unveil the property to the Hampton community, and present the extensive renovations made to the interior offices and the grounds since the spring of 2004, converting the property into first-class office space and creating the area's newest signature address.

This Business After Hours will be catered by Newbury Catering of North Hampton. Newbury Catering is owned by Robert Enigk, the former chef at Bonta Ristorante in Hampton. Refreshments will be served.

234 Lafayette Road Realty Trust offers potential tenants at The Widow Mary Leavitt House newly renovated state-of-the-art individual offices and suites in a professional setting. At this historic property, modern conveniences prevail, including T-1 Internet access and IP Phone Systems. Tenants also receive a variety of important amenities, including a receptionist to meet and greet guests, secretarial services, personalized phone answering, ample free parking and much more. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity, perfect for small businesses or remote office, with limited space availability.

The property was formerly owned by the law firm of Sanders-McDermott, and was originally built in 1733 as a tavern frequented by local businessmen discussing the events of the day. The Widow Mary Leavitt House is now a premier executive office center located just minutes from I-95 and right off Route 101. 234 Lafayette Road Realty Trust looks forward to presenting the property and seeing fellow Chamber members at the event.

Business After Hours is open to Chamber members and those interested in the Seacoast business community. Admission is free and no reservations are required. Bring business cards for networking. For more information on Business After Hours or Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce membership, call (603) 926-8718, ext. 0.
