NUNSENSE proved to be one of the most popular opening shows we had ever done, with the phone ringing off the hook, and the show virtually sold-out before the playhouse opened for the season. The cast couldn't have been better ... Prisciila Allen, Gail Benedict, Ellen Margylies, Jennifer Smith, and Lori Lynch ... all at them in top form.

FIDDLER saw the return of Ian Sullivan in his role of Tevya (who eise?) along with Gail, Brad Minkoff, Stuart Marland, Gary John LaRosa, Pat Kennedy and local performer Don LaBranche to mention but a few.

ME AND MY GIRL brought us a wonderful talent in the personage of Roy Alan who stepped into the lead on two-days notice when another actor had to leave ... the show was delightful and he was a real 'find'!

TWO INTO ONE was a typical Ray Cooney comedy and the audiences loved the insane antics.

DRIVING MISS DAISY brought us the wonderfully talented NY actress, Rochelle Oliver, who had been understudy and had taken over the role in the NY production along with William Hall, Jr. as her faithful driver and companion ... Dick Sabol rounded out this cast for one of Hampton's most exciting productions.

Other popular cast members for the season included EMC's Anne Swedberg, J.J. Reap, Tim Albrecht, Daniel Adamian and Paul Chernosky. Musicians for the season included Connie Meng, John Buccini, and Doug Lippincoft.

Priscilla Allen remembers... "At one performance (NUNSENSE) I made my entrance as usual through the audience and spoke to middle aged man in my character of the Mother Superior -- 'We missed seeing you at church last Sunday.' He looked up at me with an angry face and said 'That's right, you did, and you'll never see me there again!' During the first number I looked and that man's seat was EMPTY - he never came back!"

Stuart Marland remembers...
"1990- FIDDLER ON THE ROOF, ME & MY GIRL
1992 - MOST HAPPY FELLA, BURLESQUE FOLLIES
- Deb Girdler's 'Cincinati chilli parties'
- opening nights - special parties at Ann's
- the 'Norman Bates Hotel/Motel' escapades
- the beautiful and inspiring sets painted by Tim Goodmanson
- relaxing by the pool!"
