HAMPTON -- The various committees of the Hampton Monday Club are starting their activities for the 1982-1983 club year.

The Hospital Favors Committee recently met at the home of Gertrude Prosser. They made 250 Halloween favors for Exeter Hospital's Court Street Unit and the Seacoast Health Center.

The Art Appreciation Committee will take its first field trip Nov. 10 to the Fine Arts Museum in Boston. Arrangements for the trip have been made by Barbara Drew.

The Drama Committee is rehearsing a play to be given at the Nov. meeting of the Hampton Monday Club. Adelyn Younker is directing this year.

The Civics Committee is continuing the Neighborhood Watch program. There will be a Tuck Road and Cogger Street neighborhood meeting on October 28 at the Seacoast Health Center. Art Wardell of the Hampton Police Department will be the speaker. Eleanor Dawson and Phyllis Tucker will be the hostesses at the meeting. The Neighborhood Watch project was started last year and meeting have been held in private homes in all parts of town. Anyone wishing to know more about Neighborhood Watch should contact Daryll Wall, 926-7183.

The Veterans Committee is planning its annual book sale for Nov. 13 at DeMoulas Supermarket, Seabrook. The proceeds will be used for a current magazine library at the Manchester Veterans Medical Center. Books are being collected for the sale, and may be dropped off anytime at the home of Ann O'Loughlin, 23 Exeter Road.

Ann Crist will be the hostess for the November meeting of the Craft Committee and her project will involve working with net [illegible].

The dates and locations of all committee meetings will be announced at the Nov. 1 meeting.
