HAMPTON — The artists and business owners at 70 High Street are hosting a community open house from 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 6. Four local businesses have recently opened in the historic C.E.Greenman Mill building in downtown Hampton and invite Seacoast residents to join them for a visit during their joint "open doors" evening.

The building, which was built in 1888 as a leather mill is enjoying a revitalization. The new tenants coupled with fresh paint, power washing, new signage and seasonal cheer are bringing a new life to this historic landmark.

The artists/storefronts in residence are: Ethel Hills, Fine Artist, specializing in water color and collages (www.ethelhills.com), Amanda Peterson of Bungalow Living, a shopping destination for upcylced furniture and home decor (www.bungalow-living.com), Bob Kerens of New England Brand House, an apparel company featuring branded "village hoodie" and "Boston Hoodie' cotton clothing (www.nebrandhouse.com), and Pam Tiberia of Spruce Interiors, an interior decorating firm specializing in color, fabrics, staging, and decorating services.
