BURNING WITH PRIDE -- Hampton American Legion Post #35, local Boy Scouts, the Hampton Fire Department and members of the community took part in the annual Flag Day ceremony and "Pause for the Pledge", held on Thursday, June 14 behind the uptown fire station. Box after box of unserviceable American flags were respectfully burned following the ceremony.
