Lani Brockman remembers...
"One of my favourite memories at Hampton Playhouse was during the youth show CINDERELLA. I was playing the Fairy Godmother and I remember the first performance and all the flash cameras that would go off in the middle of a song or a word or a breath... those kids were camera happy! Anyway, during the second performance I decided to carry a flash camera on stage in my apron pocket. At an appropriate picture opportunity I stopped the show and said to the audience, You are always taking my picture, now it's my turn to take yours!' I then asked everyone to wave and say Cheese. I have the most wonderful picture of 500 parents and kids waving at me with big huge grins."
