Baccalaureate sermon will be delivered by Rev. George Clark in the Congregational church Sunday afternoon, the 12th, at 2:30.

Graduation exercises will be held Thursday evening, the 16th, at 8 o'clock.

Mrs. Remington Merrill and little son Lambert, also her mother, Mrs. Lambert, have been visiting at William Gilpatrick's, prior to staying at the beach all summer.

Kenneth Ross has taken a truck full of ladies to the County Convention in Northwood today. Hampton Falls and Exeter ladies are going in company.

Mrs. Flora Feeny is occupying her cottage at the beach. She has had as a guest her sister-in-law, Miss Madge Feeny.

The Hampton Academy Alumni Association will hold its 15th meeting on Friday, June 17th, at the Hampton Beach Casino. Dinner at 1 o'clock. The speaker will be Dr. Lewis Perry of Phillips Exeter Academy. For the last few years more of the young people have attended this meeting. It is hoped many others will come this year. Try and get as many of your classmates as possible to attend.

Mr. and Mrs. Drew Bernard were in town on Tuesday calling on friends. They are leaving soon for Colorado, where they expect to reside for the present. Mrs. Bernard was Miss Wilda Chipman.

John A. Janvrin and Frank Coffin will leave Hampton Saturday in Mr. Janvrin's touring car for Connecticut where they will superintend the removal of post office equipment from a city in that state which is to be installed in the Hampton post office now being remodeled. Edwin Janvrin will follow with the truck.

Lombart and Hathaway's vaudeville circus will exhibit on the Academy grounds on Tuesday, June 14. This company presents an excellent program of vaudeville some of the features of which are: Captain Charles Miller in a high school feature act of horsemanship; LeClaire's pony troupe; Australian Millmen; musical marvels; the Clinton's acrobatic feats; Lola, the flexible wonder; colored musicians and vocalists; four funny clowns, and other features. Mrs. Irene C. Provandie will be a guest at Otis H. Marston's over the weekend.

Mr. and Mrs. William Little welcomed a little daughter, Annie Elizabeth, on May 16.

There will be an Indoor Track Meet at the Town Hall on Friday evening, June 10. Students from the Junior High School will take part. This promises to be an interesting and novel entertainment and you will surely get your money's worth. Adults 25c, children 15c. Ice cream and cake will be on sale.

The Rev. G. C. Waterman, a former pastor of the Free Baptist church here, is in the hospital in Laconia. He underwent an operation for urethral obstriction May 31 which was successful. His condition is serious but hopes are entertained for a recovery sufficient for his removal to his home soon.

Rev. Frank Hooper, former pastor of the Advent Church, was a welcome visitor in town Monday.

Mr. and Mrs. George Nelson and son, and Ruth Richardson of Fort Fairfield, Maine, spent Monday with Mr. and Mrs. N. J. Norton.

The Whatsoever Circle will meet with Miss Evelyn Shaw Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock.

Miss Marion Nudd of Hampton Beach, who is taking a course in Lynn Burdett College, has been placed for the summer vacation by the College Employment Department with Fred M. Page and Co., Lynn.

Mrs. G. E. Hutchins, Miss Eva Goulding and Mrs. Guy Morey entertained fifty members of the First Universalist Church of Lowell, Mass., at the Recluse Cottage, on Wednesday, June 8th. A shore dinner was served. There was music by an orchestra and vocal selections by Mr. M. Brennan.
