Mrs. Marilla Leavitt has generously donated about 21 volumes of unbound Harpers’ Monthly Magazines, making a valuable as well as desirable acquisition to our library; the magazines have been placed in the hands of the Boston Book Binding Co., for the purpose of being bound. Other volumes have been presented as follows
Harriet P. Neal, 1 vol; Mary Lauman Underwood, 1 vol; Mrs. Moody Currier, 1 vol; Theosophical Book Concern, 1 vol; Joseph Burdette Co., 1 vol; Department Agriculture. Washington, D.C., 2 vols; Civil Service Commission, 4 vols; State New Hampshire, 1 vol; making a total of 57 volumes added during the year, exclusive of the magazines. Total number on the catalogue, 2,522.
