About 65 volumes have been sent to the book bindery for rebinding. The bill for this work has not been received.

64 volumes have been presented as follows:
Boston Record Commissioners 1 volume; James Moon, 1 volume; National Museum, 1 volume; Interstate Commerce Commission, 2 volumes; State of New Hampshire, 2 volumes; Daughters of Ex-Gov. Charles H. Bell, 2 volumes; Miss Mary Pollard, 24 volumes; Dr. S. M. Ward, 30 volumes; lady visitors at Elmwood Farm, 1 volume.

Also there have been received from Secretary of the State the New Hampshire Annual Reports in 4 volumes, and the Journal of New Hampshire Senate and House, January Session 1909.

222 volumes have been added to the catalogue, making the number 3,487.

Number of books issued for year ending Feb. 15, 1910, 4,809, an increase of 532 over the issue of last year.

Of the total number of books given out, 2,560 were issued in the afternoon and 2,288 in the evening.

We have examined the foregoing account of S. A. Shaw, Librarian, and find it well vouched and correctly cast with a balance on hand of $39.21.
